On Thursday, April 3rd, we had the pleasure of welcoming Fernandes Damas Ricardo, Head of the Individual Development Program at the SC Sporting Portugal Academy, to speak at the Ayia Napa Marina Event Hall.
The seminar held in collaboration with Cyprus Football Coaches Association, was open to technical directors and coaches from this year’s participating academies. 
Ricardo shared valuable insights on the individual development of young players, drawing from his extensive experience at one of Europe’s top youth academies.
