IMPORTANT NOTICE

We would like to inform that foreign teams cannot participate in our tournament outside our OFFICIAL participation and accommodation packages unless they come through any of our official and authorized under contract agreement agent representatives. In case you come from a country where we already have an agent representative you will be diverted to contact their office. This is part of our measures to protect our team clients and the tournament organization in general and as organizers we retain the right to refuse or reject any participation that does not meet the above requirements. We therefore suggest that you contact us directly as our tournament organization has the experience, and the know how to deal with all travel arrangements, support you and guarantee to provide you with a successful tour and tournament participation in Cyprus.

With regards to our participation and accommodation packages please note that it does not include air tickets arrangements. Please contact your travel agent for air tickets.

Foreign teams are urged to register their teams and proceed with hotel reservations well in advance and prior the deadlines due to high demand and to avoid last minute difficulties in accommodation and travel arrangements.

Arrival and departure can be prior and after the tournament games starting and ending dates per different age group category. Total period of stay can be adjusted according to available flights. Please check out tournament starting and ending dates per different age category for your travel plans and to secure correct dates of travel.

Participation and accommodation package for foreign teams

Our package prices are based on full board accommodation in 3 star hotels or hotel apts in the tourist areas of Ayia Napa and Protaras, but without obligation could also include a 4 star hotel in case of availability and special offers from 4 star hotels.

Hotel upgrades are very rarely accepted and are subject to availability and would incur higher price rates.

For official hotel accommodation reservation, a down payment of 30% of total package invoice cost is required.

Full invoice amount must be paid 14 days prior to arrival and shown into the tournament bank account at least 7 days prior to arrival of the teams.

The tournament organizers and the hotels reserve the right and will disallow teams from checking in to the hotel rooms and refuse to accommodate them in the event of unpaid invoice amounts.

Team Registration fees are included in the participation and accommodation package and are not charged extra.

Player’s Registration fee of €30 (plus VAT) per player implies and is not included in the participation and accommodation package and is required to be paid extra.

The package price per person per night of accommodation in quality hotel or hotel apts varies depending on:

The kind of hotel.
The number of team players and team members as well as on the number of different team age groups.
The number of other people accompanying the group i.e. parents, family members, and friends’ e.t.c.
The number of days (period of stay).

All accommodation choices are situated in Ayia Napa and Protaras tourist resorts (5 to15 minutes distance by bus to the football fields and to the center of Ayia Napa).

Rooms are divided in 3 to 4 players or persons per room or otherwise depending on total number of group players & adults). For accommodation in double and single rooms there is an extra charge depending on the hotel choice. Single rooms are subject to availability as priority is given to team players and staff members.

The above special participation and accommodation package for overseas teams includes the following:

Full board hotel accommodation (from evening dinner on day of arrival & 3 meals for every other day of stay).
Free double room for each group if above 25 people.
Free use of all hotel facilities.
Free transport between airport & accommodation.
Free transport between accommodation & fields.
Players participation medals.
Team participation trophy.

Our participation registration fees and hotel accommodation packages do not include any personal or team sports / tour travel or accidents insurance for on or off the field activities.

Note: In case of untimely or irregular registration / declaration of participation as well as non-compliance with the deadlines and registration procedures of teams and players, the organization may not accept or reject the participation of teams and athletes without any obligation or liability for compensation from any other expenses of the groups and/or possible payments for ticket bookings and room reservations for hotel accommodation.

Hotel placement of teams

The Teams and visiting groups are reserved to be accommodated in any of our hotel associated choices originally proposed, but the hotel company and we, the tournament or camp organizers, reserve the right to change the name of the hotel for the whole or part of the group in situations of overbooked hotels and also in the case of uncertainty and delay in finalization of participating numbers and also in case of changes in numbers when finalized, that would require changing the hotel to fit the total of the tournament team groups accordingly and in the best possible way.

The tournament/camp organizers are in no way responsible for other individuals such as staff, parents and players, individually reserved with hotels outside our participation and accommodation package as this is not acceptable under our accommodation reservations terms and conditions.

The organizers reserve the right to disallow teams’ participation in the tournament or to discontinue or exclude them from the rest of the tournament event without any prior notice in the event of any team or player member pending or unpaid financial obligations on the basis of which they have been entitled to participate.

Cancellation of age groups is not by any chance allowed after payment of players registration and hotel accommodation reservation fees. Any amounts paid are not refundable.
