Tournament Briefing

Ayia Napa Youth Soccer Festival was established in 2001 and has grown to be the biggest youth soccer event of its kind in the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East.

It can also be considered as one of the biggest in Europe always comparing to the size and population of Cyprus as a country.

Every year an average of around 5000 athletes coming from more than 400 different participating age group teams take part in the competition. Participating teams come every year from many different countries helping the tournament event grow further and establish itself internationally.

Apart from Cyprus and Greece the tournament hosts teams from foreign countries such as United Kingdom, Poland, Czech Republic, Malta, Romania, Finland, Denmark, Armenia, Servia, Portugal, Israel, Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Botswana.
