Registration Fees
ΤΕΑΜ REGISTRATION FEES €0.00. There is no registration fee for Teams.
PLAYER REGISTRATION FEES €30,00 + VAT. The players registration fee needs to be paid separately and it is in no way included in the total cost of any participation and hotel accommodation package.
Football players who will participate in more than one team, according to the rules, will pay only once. Their online registration and entry must be completed in all rosters in which they are likely to participate, for the purpose of correct roster printing on match sheets, more effective control where needed, proper recording of scorers, and avoidance of misunderstandings regarding the announcement of top scorers.
- Right to register an unlimited number of players.
- The fees apply to all ages and all competition levels where applicable (A, B & C).
- The above player registration fees are additional and are not included in any participation and hotel accommodation package. For details and costs of participation packages with hotel accommodation, you may contact us.
Participation Declaration / Team Registration (Mandatory online participation declaration) by Monday, March 15, 2027.
Upon submitting the participation declaration electronically through our website by the academy manager (user), a confirmation email will be sent and the system for registering players by age group and category will be activated.
Participation will be confirmed upon payment of the minimum amount of €150.00 + VAT as a deposit per age group, based on the proforma invoice, by Monday, March 22, 2027.
The above deposit forms part of the total player registration fee and will be deducted upon full payment.
Age groups that have not paid the deposit will not be included in the group draw, which will take place on Friday, March 26, 2027.
Full payment is mandatory by Wednesday, April 14, 2027.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND TERMS FOR TEAM AND PLAYER REGISTRATION
In the event of late or improper submission of participation declarations, as well as failure to comply with the deadlines and registration procedures for teams and players, the organizers reserve the right not to accept or to reject the participation of teams and athletes without any obligation or liability for compensation for any other expenses incurred by the teams and/or payments made for ticket bookings and hotel accommodations.
The organizers also reserve the right to deny teams participation in the tournament and/or to terminate their participation and/or exclude them from the remainder of the competition without prior notice in the case of any outstanding financial obligations related to the payment of player registration fees, which grant them the right to participate.
Cancellation of teams after payment of the registration deposit is not permitted, and any advance or full payments related to player registration and participation fees, as well as hotel accommodation, are non-refundable.

Payments of any kind in relation to tournament financial obligations are accepted by online credit card payment, bank transfers or direct deposits to the below account details.
