
Registration Procedure
The important dates and deadlines are as follows:
- Expression of Interest / Team Registration (Mandatory online registration) by Monday, March 15, 2027. Upon submitting the participation form electronically through our website by the academy manager (user), a confirmation email will be sent and the system for registering players by age and category will be activated.
- Participation confirmation will be completed with the payment of the minimum amount of €150.00 + VAT as a deposit per age group, based on the proforma invoice, by Monday, March 22, 2027. This deposit forms part of the total player registration fee and will be deducted upon full payment.
- Group draw: Friday, March 26, 2027.
- Age groups that have not paid the deposit will not be included in the group draw.
- Full payment is mandatory by Wednesday, April 14, 2027.
- Announcement of preliminary schedule for review and corrections to meet academies requirements Monday, April 5, 2027.
- Publication of the official match schedule: Saturday, April 10, 2027.
- Each user may make additions/removals or replacement of players until Wednesday, April 21, 2027. With every change, the required payment must be made based on the updated invoice.
- In the electronic player registration, the jersey number is mandatory for all age categories and levels. According to the competition rules, it is prohibited for more than one player to have the same jersey number within the same team. This rule applies to all 11vs11 categories, with strong encouragement to apply it across all other age groups and levels for better organization, accurate checks, and proper recording of scorers.
- Each player, to be eligible to participate, must be registered in all age-group rosters of their team in which they intend to participate, always in accordance with the rules. However, only one registration fee is required, by transferring the player from the initial registration to other teams where they will participate. A new registration must not be created, to avoid confusion in charges and to comply with age and level category rules.
- Transfer of players from Category A teams to Category B or C is not allowed. However, movement of players from lower-level categories to higher ones is permitted, provided they have already been registered electronically in the rosters of all teams before the start of the competition and according to the deadlines.
- Registration of players from lower-level categories to higher ones is allowed only if the higher-level team roster has already been completed with the minimum required number of players for each category (5v5, 7v7, 9v9).
- For players participating in more than one team, the initial (parent) registration automatically determines the player’s level status (Category A or B). For example, if the initial registration is in a Category A team, the player is not allowed to compete in Category B teams. Any deletion, deactivation, or activation of the initial registration will automatically affect all subsequent registrations in other teams.
- Upon registration and full payment, each player will be automatically activated in the platform system, allowing them to participate and appear on the official match sheet, which will be printed by the secretariat and provided to the referee before each match.
